Day 1: Arrival in Arusha

Upon landing at Kilimanjaro International Airport, you will be met by our team and transferred to Hatari Lodge. The rest of the day is yours to relax and settle in, enjoying the peaceful surroundings and local charm. Dinner and overnight at the eco-conscious Hatari Lodge, known for its strong support of nearby communities.

Day 2: Walking Safari in Arusha National Park

After breakfast, depart for Arusha National Park for a guided morning walking safari. Experience nature up close as you walk among wildlife with Mount Meru providing a stunning backdrop. Return to Hatari Lodge in the afternoon for dinner and overnight.

Day 3: Ngorongoro Highlands Hiking Experience

Enjoy breakfast before driving to the Ngorongoro Highlands. Spend the day hiking through scenic landscapes of forests, hills, and open grasslands. In the evening, unwind with dinner and an overnight stay at Lions Paw Ngorongoro.

Day 4: Ngorongoro Crater Exploration & Serengeti Journey

Start the day with a descent into the Ngorongoro Crater, a UNESCO World Heritage Site renowned for its dense wildlife population. Enjoy a picnic lunch within the crater before continuing to Serengeti National Park, enjoying a game drive along the way. Dinner and overnight at Sametu Serengeti Tented Camp on a full-board basis.

Day 5: Full-Day Serengeti Game Drive

Spend the entire day exploring the vast Serengeti plains, home to iconic wildlife including lions, elephants, and cheetahs. For an unforgettable highlight, you may choose an optional hot air balloon safari followed by a champagne breakfast. All meals and overnight at Sametu Serengeti Tented Camp.

Day 6: Hadzabe Cultural Encounter at Lake Eyasi

After breakfast, travel to Lake Eyasi for an authentic cultural experience with the Hadzabe people, one of Tanzania’s last hunter-gatherer communities. Learn about their traditional way of life before enjoying dinner and an overnight stay at Lake Eyasi Safari Lodge.

Day 7: Return to Arusha & Departure

Spend the morning further engaging with the Hadzabe community before driving back to Arusha. Later, you will be transferred to Kilimanjaro International Airport for your departure, marking the end of a remarkable safari and cultural journey through Tanzania.
